1 hour massage : Deep tissue or holistic £60

The aim of any holistic therapy is to help relax the client. A 1 hour holistic full body massage uses long, effleurage techniques to help stimulate blood flow, with enough pressure to ease tension and help with the release of endorphins, aka the happy hormone.

For this massage, the client will start lying face down and covered on the table. The treatment starts with the back of the legs, then onto the back before asking the client to turn over, to then proceed with the front of the legs, feet, abdomen, arms, hands, neck and head. This massage can be done using different oils should you wish.

Please note: not everyone is always comfortable having their abdomen or feet massaged. Please do let me know and I can always spend longer on a different area of your choice, and happily miss out any area you do not wish to be treated.

Procedure:

  1. A mix of different techniques will be used including digit kneading, effleurage and palmer kneading.

  2. Pressure checks will be done throughout to make sure you are happy with the treatment you are receiving.

  3. Relaxation music can be provided should you so wish.

  4. Clean towels are always provided but you are welcome to use your own if you feel comfortable.

  5. Falling asleep and snoring is always permitted and never judged.

1.5 hour massage £85

The most popular choice, especially for performers, creatives and people who are on the go. Offered at a competitive rate, this full body massage can be tailored to your needs. Either as a massage to relax and unwind, or to tackle tension and problematic areas with a deeper pressure.

Upon consultation you can choose a full body massage, similar to the 1 hour holistic full body, but with a longer time to unwind and enjoy. Or, as a more intense massage to tackle specific areas that are holding on to tension, which is often the most beneficial to performers and those with very physical life styles.
